I dream of images. I am haunted by my ideas. It's as if my photography has a gestation yearning for birth. I would drive for days, hike 20 miles, avoid sleep, all to create. Oftentimes I am possessed by a color or a feeling; whether it be light painting a monument, documenting a carnival, or walking amongst the works of a folk artist. Some of my images aren't typical.
